This one is a bit odd.  The poem is by Walter Scott but that is not who she attributes it to.  I will do my best with transcribing the name but it is very hard to read.

O woman! in our hours of ease
Uncertain, coy, and hard to please,
And variable as the shade
By the light quivering aspen made;
When pain ad anguish wring the brow,
A ministering angel thou!
